Are my credit card payments secure?

Yes!!! All credit card payments are through an SSL secure web server via authorize net. This information is encrypted using the latest 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 3.0. Michele's Jewelry never sales or releases any customer information to anyone!

Important  Shipping Information

Shipping Times

We ship via USPS First Class Mail to the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. only. As advertised by the USPS, First Class Mail takes approximately 3-7 days. Our experience has been usually 3 business days. Please note these are in transit times after your order is shipped. Michele's Jewelry cannot guarantee the USPS shipping time. We do not offer Express Mail or Overnight shipping. We cannot upgrade your shipping option or change your order in any way once your order has been placed. While most orders ship within 24 hours we are experiencing heavy demand and cannot guarantee this. 

Important Gift Packaging Information

All of our jewelry is solid sterling silver (.925) ,except for stones set in sterling silver. When wrapping your items, do not place them directly in paper, cardboard or cotton filled boxes as these contain trace elements of sulfur which will tarnish your silver jewelry. For best results, place the items in a sealed plastic bag or jeweler's sulfur free tissue (different from standard tissue) prior to boxing and wrapping.

What are your shipping charges?

We currently offer shipping via USPS which is a single flat fee per order depending on the amount of your order.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee because we realize that things may not look exactly as you may have expected and customer satisfaction is our guarantee to you. All Returns must have an authorization number which will be sent via e-mail or Phone.  All merchandise must be in it's original condition with a copy of invoice and returned within 14 days of return authorization notification. We do not accept any returns after 30 days. All money will be refunded minus shipping costs. 

Defective or Damaged Items

Check your order thoroughly upon receipt. Any damaged or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order. Defective or damaged items will be replaced. Sorry, but we cannot substitute a different item for any damaged or defective items. To report damaged or defective items and arrange your return, contact us. Note that a return authorization number is required prior to mailing back your return.

What is the quality of your silver?

All of our jewelry is of the highest quality, solid sterling silver (.925) with the exception of the different type stones which are set in sterling silver.

There is a text box provided for items that can be engraved. If you do not see this option then the item cannot be engraved.

Will my items get back ordered?

All orders not in stock will be back ordered and you will be notified via email with expected delivery date.

Can I combine my orders?

If you have not yet submitted your orders, you may combine them into a single order with a single shipping fee.  Once you submit an order, it cannot be combined with any ensuing order and we are unable to amend it.

I live outside the United States...

Our website currently supports orders in US Dollars only via Check, Money order or Credit Card (note: all prices USD).  We will ship international for an additional charge as long as USPS is able to ship. Check USPS.com to see if USPS can ship to you.
